The check-in staff was welcoming, and our room was impeccably clean and stylish, featuring warm colors and ample space. the bathroom was well-appointed with a large mirror and luxurious bath products, a thoughtful touch. A fresh complimentary bottle of water greeted us each day, a generous gesture. the hotel's gym was modern and well-equipped, perfect for a quick workout. I had requested twin beds and airport taxi services, both of which were efficiently arranged by the hotel. the flat-rate taxi service from the airport was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth and swift. the room itself was spacious with high ceilings, new furnishings, and a comfortable bed with quality pillows. the central location of the hotel made it easy to explore Rome on foot, just remember to pack your walking shoes! The staff at H10 Palazzo Galla were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall excellent service experience. the hotel's proximity to key attractions was a definite plus, and I appreciated the complimentary gifts in the room. Special mention to Jose, who made our stay feel like a home away from home. Don't miss the breathtaking views from the rooftop at sunrise or sunset, a must-see!
